Prediction: Time slips will be modified to include a place to note regular participation / hours spent in FWN.
That way monitoring will be easy, publishers will be prompted monthly and guilted into reporting their activity (or not).

@ alias - It's so sad yet your prediction, as crazy as it may sound, definitely seems plausible.
If there is no Biblical backing to reporting field service time, then there certainly won't be any needed for reporting FWN hours!
