I like them with nuts but the hubby and kids prefer nutless brownies. I would really love to find a good blondie recipe similiar to what Krogers' bakery used to carry. Oh, and who can forget the milk? Yum

I like them with/without nuts.
I used to work at a bakery; school kids, on the way home, would come in by the droves.
Their favorite? You guessed it.
I would always give one cute little fellow an extra brownie or two.
When his siblings caught on, they would send him in all by himself!
Kids are something else.

In Britain Brownies are little girls from 7 to 11!
A Brownie is a member of a section of some Guiding organisations for girls from their seventh birthday to their tenth birthday. Exact age limits are slightly different in each organisation. It is the female-centred equivalent of the Cub Scouts .
