You should be able to order it now, or soon. Usually the announcement is made end of Sept through Oct to put in your orders for the upcoming year annuals, Daily Text, Calendar, Yearbook, WITLIB.

the 2010 CD is out already, I have a copy I can get at my folks place. I saw it lying around the last time I was there.
