I have used this to fix everything from my microwave door to a car radiator. Drove it for about 35 miles with no leaks.

    Outlaw,

I took a quick look and it did not appear so. I bought mine through endless shoes.com, and I've bought them at Zappos, and Shoebuy.com.. All of those places sell mens shoes too. Comfortable and stylish shoes are hard to find. DSW has good shoes but finding comfortable ones can be hard.

I never thought you could get results from taking powders and capsules when it came to losing weight and looking good, however they have helped more than I ever thought they could.

That Secure meal replacement protein powder helped me lose at least 25 pounds and keep it off and I can still eat my favorite junk food without worry of regaining my weight.

It's funny that I would even post about a product named Healthy Hair Skin and Nails, especially being a guy who keeps his nails clipped so short you never see the white tips of them, lol. I got a bottle free when I got Andrew Lessman's Omega 3s so I probably wouldn't have bought it on it's own because I wasn't looking for something to make my hair or fingernails grow longer or faster, especially when I keep both as short as possible, not to mention his vitamins costs a fortune!! However since I got them I thought I would take them when I took my omega 3s. I could not help noticing a month or two later how thicker and glossier my fingernails looked and how much more often I had to shave so I knew this supplement had to be working, but it wasn't those benefits I noticed. The ingredients in that supplement helped with feeling better and weight loss (packed with B vitamins) and helped my joints feel better and my skin wasn't as dry. Anyone who says vitamins supplements dont make a difference, they don't know what they are talking about.

I have very low Vitamin D and actually had bone pain in my shins due to this. I had a level of 8 ( normal is 50-100) approx. A lot of us have low Vit. D due to staying inside and wearing sunscreen. I was prescribed the mega dose D once a week, but found that taking 10,000 IU daily has gotten my level up to 40 and helped with the bone pain in the shin area. Be sure and buy Vit D3. I buy the soft gel .

I also noted I had less abdominal discomfort when I started taking Probiotics. I originally just began eating Activea, the yogurt that is heavily advertised on TV. That stuff works. It will keep you regular.

I have also used a product called Nada . It is sorme sort of B vitamin. It is very helpful to gently increase your energy. They sell it at airports for Jet lag but it helps other things too. I have not seen it anywhere but health food stores or online or at the air port.

    Hey Agonus,

all the JW's I show that book to, to point out the bunk

always say the same thing, " I'm looking for them to change that book in the near future"

Jw's are beginning to hate that book, at least the ones who keep coming to this house
