When watching television or using the Internet, Christians may suddenly
be tempted to view something unclean.

No, not really... unless you've wanted it all along. But then if they're talking about porn popups, then possibly.
Turn off your monitor RIGHT NOW!
I think I know better than that. Usually, when you visit a reputable porn site, you will get a warning "If you are under 18 or sensitive to this kind of material, then please leave" along with a means to leave the site. If you continue, you do it on purpose. And, it takes signing up to actually view all the porn (and you will probably spend some money).
As for porn pop-ups, that's what pop-up blockers are for. I don't like pop-ups simply because they waste CPU and time. I do occasionally get spam for porn, but I usually disregard it because they often carry a virus or kiddie porn (neither of which I want on my computer). I only open e-mails from porn sites if I sign up for an account with them, or order something from them. Otherwise, they are treated as highest risk for putting a worm on my computer. And such spam is easy to recognize--they usually use coarse language in the subject, usually very poorly spelled, and with very unprofessional looking titles. It is easy to check the boxes and mark it as spam, so you never have to see the porn (regular or kiddie) or the worm attached to the message or on the site.
Haven't you ever opened up Sex for Dummies or 21 Mindblowing Oral Sex Techniques just for fun at a bookstore?
