I thought this thread was going to be about the home made cheese that the WT makes at Bethel. They used to put it out on the diningroom tables on the weekends with all the left over bread so we could gather it up to snack on because regular meals weren't served on weekends. The cheese was kind of oily as I remember. We called it "Sweaty" cheese.

Anyway, I think this picture looks pretty much like every hall I've ever been in. You don't often see someone showing one of the publications to a person who has just sat through two hours of talks, but it could happen.
