Yes, I am lucky to live where the tap water is high quality.

    Right from the tap.

It's delicious and of good quality. We get a report every year from our district showing our water's analysis and it's always over and beyond the standard. I recoil at drinking my water from plastic bottles...it's just a personal thang with me.

Tap. Tap water is better for kids' teeth because of the fluoride in it. I'm not going to give the kids tap water and me bottled water.

It may be a bit "tin-foil-hat" for some but I avoid tap water when possible BECAUSE OF flouride. It is interesting that many countries have banned flouride in water because of health and other concerns. Beyond that there are other concerns with tap water such as in 2008 when National news agencies reported where traces of pharmaceuticals were discovered in tap water.

I first boil my tap water in my aluminium cookware hoping the toxins will neutralize each other.
