Just got left at my door. I was only gone 20 minutes taking my daughter to school. Either it was the jw woman who stopped by a couple of days ago (I was nice to her but declined the mags she offered) or it was my mother who I'm currently keeping at arm's length (yeah she's still blocked from calling me).

    I'm leaning toward's my mother.

I should add the reasons why I think it was my mother: The mags were left only at my door (I live in a fourplex and I'm the only one up going back and forth taking kids to school in the morning, even the couple in the back hasn't picked up their newspaper on their doorstep yet - I looked). My mother is an early riser and lives only 5 minutes away. My mother knows aproximately when I take the kids to school so it wouldn't be hard for her to leave stuff at my door when I'm not here.

It could have been the other lady but she was just here last Saturday and she came around 11 am.

I love how the Witnesses think that all us ex-witnesses need is to "read the right Watchtower" and it will spark us back into the org.

They don't realize that the Watchtower is but baby food 5th grade reading material. We have all moved on to the deeper things in life.

    You got that right, Sab.

I'm at the point where looking at Borg mind control material makes me want to scream. It is all so obviously indoctrination material written at a low reading level that it's shocking I ever fell for it.

They have a powerful gig going there in the WTCube and I bet most of them in Bethel don't even know it.

Not only that, Sab, but they don't realize how many ex-Witnesses left as a result of reading stupid things the Watchtower has already said.

They themselves are forbidden to read old WTs because they are "apostate literature."

They don't want people in their Org that realize the low level quality of their reading material. They'd rather slander those people to the ones inside that don't mind the baby food.

I'm cool BroDan. I told hubby and he said "Burn em!"

But looking at the titles of the mags (awake - jehovah's witnesses, who are they? and the tract - would you like to know The Truth) I'm thinking it was the jw lady. She saw the cross I have on a wall and made a comment about me being of faith. I'm thinking she thinks she's gonna reel me in. Oh brother.

Do you have any churches nearby where you can just stop by and pick up some pamphlets and prayer cards and put them in your mom's mailbox?
