I've made something of an event out of voting for the last 30 years. Never cared for the vote by mail, and always took my children with me.

I avoided the rush by going to our town clerk last Wednesday, filled out a form, and cast an absentee ballot. Don't know why I hadn't thought of doing that before, and will continue to do it in future elections.
