Announcing the Extremely Secret Elders Book from the stage is defeating..

For me the existense of the book has never been any secret, the content is other issue. Always prior to, is it Ministerial School?, there was announcement made about date and transport arrangements, mentioning that Elders should have their shepherd book with them. What was always clear however was that it was for Elders eyes only. I would not be surprised if delivery of the book would be announced publicly like above.
