Father Christmas was getting a colonic, not the same thing. A colonic is supposed to be like a major enema, to clean out the 'ole plumbing. What Pat is having is a procedure to check for colon cancer.

Hope the procedure went well, the results were that you're still healthy. [:D}

I must say that I was amazed at how quickly my hubby healed when he had the procedure done just last year, as opposed to the agony he went through about 20+ years ago for a similar procedure! With all these fellow sufferers/survivors on the board, I guess you'll feel in good company!

Y'all are SO sweet. It makes me feel a lot better. I leave for the hospital in a mere 1/2 hour. But the worst is over now as i've done all the prep. This time i took the tablets, Visicol, and it didn't make me as sick. So, in a coupla hours i'll be back home.

How do you spell relief??!!
