Dice cups? Not, that I have noticed. I am sure if the bar's patrons enjoy playing dice, that the bar's owner will have them.

Nope, they are controlled through the proprietors state liqour license. I grew up in California and spent many hours in their establishments. When with friends we could ask for the dice cups to wager for the tab. Several games are possible with 2 cups containing 5 dice each. Cash games were a no no.
Not allowed in Oregon.

Broken Promises
This thread reminds me of a shopping mall in my town, where the town's rednecks seem to like to gather. Many look like they couldn't be bothered putting on clean and decent clothes to be seen in public. Most are unemployed or unemployable, so they have all the time in the world to hang around the mall doing nothing but to look ugly.

Moshe I lived for 5 years in Lee county FL in the 80's. I think we went to the North Fort Myers congergation. I was a little kid so I don't really remember. My sister and her husband currantly live in Lee county. Small world.

I think the reasons for all this are the dumbing down of education for Americans in the last several decades. Also basic decency, modesty and propriety have gone out the window. These must be dirty words to some people and it sure as hell shows.
