  Paste the link in the composition field and highlight it, then click on the little chain-link icon below the pull-down menu for "Font family". Paste the link again in the "Link URL" field, then hit the "Insert" button. This works for posting videos too.

  Thanks Poppers the trick was to highlight the link in the answer field in order to activate the "insert/edit link" button which I didn't know.
