There were several in Southern California about 10 years ago. Some genuine psychopaths selling meth and you name it to young people.

Young people, one man in his early twenties was a main figure in the Riverside County area.

and riverside is located in what part of california?

East of Orange County, North of San Diego County. Orange County had its own drug ring but I didn't know the people involved as well as the Riverside ring.

People do evil stuff for money. Getting people hooked on meth, heroin, coke is about as low as it goes.
