Not quite snowed-in, I've just been to the shops and bought two crates of Beer, one of San Miguel lager, and one 0f the good old Kentish Ale, Bishop's Finger, known by the jokers locally as Nuns Delight.
Did you see my edit above ? about your story ? and how I knew someone back in '64 ?

Hi,
A bit before my time. I'm based in North Hertfordshire where the snow is not that bad!
Never posted my story but in short came in 1977 as a child, DF in the 90's, came back and ended up a MS until I had the "we'd like to recommend you at the next CO visit for Eldership" and I ran a mile. It coincided with finding out about the UN and it went down hill from there. Faded 4 years ago.

Perhaps we will get to share a beer one day, I try to go to Apostameets, last one was in October at Riverside Pub in Vauxhall, the next one is same place, Chrissy dinner sort of, on 11th. Dec.
I can't make that one, I will be in Holland that weekend, but maybe see you at another one, anyway have a Pissy Chrissy !
