Come back Ven, all is forgiven!!
We live up in the mountains so snow is fairly common in these parts. More so than ever this year.

Well this news from the north sounds like ......hmmmm, fun?
Well, glad you've got the essential supplies in!
Tell me guys, will you be using the ready-made ice in your whiskey?
Cheers,
Ozzie

Mulan,
Stay inside! Stay warmI bet the grandbabies are enjoying it though. My southern babies love the snow now, it was years before they actually saw it. Their obsession is eating it, course we gave them an education on what color to eatI continually ask myself why I moved up north. But we have been lucky we haven't seen much snow this year just a few days so far. That must mean we will not get a summer. Ughhh.
Vennie,
I miss Florida Bwwwahhhaaha

plmkrzy I live between Klamath Falls and Medford, in those mountains. Nothing but trees and rocks around here. Klamath isn't my favorite place to be honest. The town I live closest to is Butte Falls, pop. 412.

guess I doubled clicked or something, wrote the same message back to back...????
Well, I was sick all day yesterday so mostly missed out on the snowfall. However, my daughter woke me up and drug me downstairs this morning to look at it. It's snowing again and just a beautiful white blanket! Funny, the only Sunday they haven't fought over who gets to bring in the Sunday paper. My son just said, "It's Zoe's turn". She raced upstairs to get dressed and came back down in a dress and tights[8>](she won't wear pants) and we put on her mittens coat and snow boots and off she went. She was so cute and so proud of herself when she brought me the paper. Then she stomped back out and ran around the yard for awhile and threw snow at me in the window. It was so funny, most of the snowballs landed on her head since she can't throw them very well (she's 3)and she was making them too big.
I just bought a new bottle of scotch the other day and Ozzie, I wouldn't ruin my scotch with ice or snow! Neat!
I bet you have more than a few flakes in Carnation now, huh Jeff?

Ha Ha Mulan,
You guys can still have fun with snow because you don't have to put up with it every day for 5 months! We've had two feet here so far and it is mostly gone, which is very unusual for around here. I rarely get enthused when it snows anymore. But I remember what it was like living there in Seattle. What, Seattle has like two snow-plows? And the city about shuts down with two inches of snow!
Enjoy it while it lasts. Ever tried a scotch snow cone?
Sean
Princess,
Glad to see you know how to drink whiskey!
I was given a one-litre bottle of Jameson Irish Whiskey for Xmas. Mrs Ozzie and I are scared to open it, we know we won't be able to stop!!
Cheers,
Ozzie
