If the guy hasn't been df'd or officially da'd then he technically still is a jw. jw's can't have it both ways, they can't disown the Williams sisters (pick your favorite celebrity) and their behavior by saying 'well, they aren't even real jw's because they aren't baptized'.

Carla, he da'd himself from the congregation some years ago. Well he lives near me. My family knows his family. It might be possible that he was never baptized, but he is acting like an apostate to the witnesses around where he lives. If he was never baptized, he could have behaved civilly so he can keep in touch with his JW family. Not my problem!

Sorry, but I sort of want to shun the guy, too. Waaay too confrontational. Rude and finger wagging.
He really is a turn-off. I may say 'hi' I passed him on the street, but, otherwise, I'd keep my distance. And if he was verbally accosting people who were leaving my home, I'd likely call the police as well.
