There should be a group double their size, that follows them around singing hymns or give peace a chance or all we need is love to drown them out and surround them.
Put "Patriot Guard" into the search function of youtube and enjoy. There's too many of them to post links. Harley Davidson's are much better at drowning them out than singing "give peace a chance."
Edited to add, these people have nothing to do with the Tea Party. The tea party people are much smarter. Even Sarah Palin is smarter than these attention whores.
