I'll have to see if I can get Old Tom around here. They just opened a Total Wine & More by me and they carry a lot of different beers. I'll have to see if they carry it. I was looking forward to going to Great Basin Brewery in Sparks Nevada last week and having several glasses of their Old Fitz Bourbon Stout (7.7%) but had to cancel my trip.

I recently had a bottle of Alba beer, brewed in Scotland. It's flavoured with Scot's Pine and Spruce. It's like Christmas in your mouth. There are some stunning Scottish ales. Sampled a lot of them on a visit a couple of weeks ago.

I haven't tried Old Tom but it looks fantastic. I've been to the UK a few times and love being able to get good beer pretty much everywhere. We have tons of good beer here in the US (at least in many parts) but tons of bad beer too. You have to know where you're going to get a decent pint.
