CO admits from platform that "we were embarassed by 1975."

ahhh 1975... I am a 'woe baby' and was 22 months......I remember some and grew up with the lingering expectation....well at least until sometime in 1979.... then all of a sudden the Elders who talked to us kiddos started talking about imprortance of discering the Bible like the Bereans.
If my CO did this I would be questioning his loyalty to the Org and intentions.......(privately of course)

Around 1995 one of the most influencing CO's in the Netherlands (doing much mess up work for the Dutch branch in the congregations) made a nice slip of the tongue: when he did quote the famous Orwell publication he said to the audience of the convention: "In Orwell's well known book 1975 .... bla bla".
The audience was reacting mumbling "He?!?".
Great fun to hear, I was just waking up and raid some good opinions about 1975 and the Watchtower false teachings. The CO did also, I think
