I will watch WAITING FOR ARMAGEDDON this week, it's on Netflix.
I also think TICKET TO HEAVEN might be good, I saw that.
I thought of THE MATRIX, THE ISLAND, THE TRUMAN SHOW. I like such suggestions, keep them coming.

"Marjoe." It is an exposé on the evangelical movement in the US that won the Oscar for best documentary in 1972.
Another is "Jonestown: The Life and Death of People's Temple." This one goes to understanding cult mentality, documentary produced in 2006.
"Friends of God" and "The Trials of Ted Haggard" by Alexandra Pelosi are excellent documentaries and really expose the shallow and hypocritical lives of evangelicals.
Oh, yeah, and "Constantine's Sword."
I'm by no means a ballet fan (would rather go to the dentist, actually) but the movie "Mao's Last Dancer" is worth watching. Based on a true story it among other things provides brilliant insights into how people are brainwashed to think in terms of their own spheres of reality.
I loved "Mao's Last Dancer" and definitely see the value in that one.
Hi OTWO :)
Some good ones have already been mentioned.
Here's a doco that wont upset anyone & gives you a lot to think about:
BBC - The Story of God It's a three part Documentary.
3Mozzies
(I personally loved RELIGULOUS, I think you will as well)
OTWO,
I wasn't advocating pro or anti religion subjects, I was just asking what you were looking for. The films I recommended were definitely not pro religion...they primarily dealt with the various influences, control types and conflicts that JW's could relate to. Worth a look...
TYA
The Village.
American Beauty with Kevin Spacey & Annette Bening
The Green Mile with Tom Hanks
Cold Mountain with Jude Law and Nicole Kidman
Capricorn One with Elliot Gould
Religulous- ( I highly recommend this one )
In the Bedroom with Sissy Spacek
Jaws with Roy Scheider
Deliverance with Burt Reynolds
Borat with Sasha Baron Cohen
Wedding Crashers with Vince Vaughan & Owen Wilson
These are some of my favorites off the top of my head. Even the ones which might make " christians " cringe- will teach them invaluable lessons of life - in my opinion
10 Questions for the Dalai Lama (documentary)...it was excellent.
