I think we need to find a place right smack in the middle of all of us. That way, no one will have to far to drive.

To bad we don't all live close by. We could have a good old fashioned Pig pickin, as I doubt Skipper has had the pleasure.

Ok, I live in Fuquay Varina, Undecided lives near the foot hills, and Skipper is near Charlotte, Betweenworlds is in Greensboro. What would be the center? I do not have a map handy, and I am a bit lit, if you get my drift I was invited for dinner and the conversation was good. So, I stayed and had a few drinks.

Anyway, I want this to happen. So we will work it out somehow. Let me know your ideas also.

Looking at the map, it would appear that all of us are fairly close to Interstate 40 or at least would use I-40 to meet somewhere. Is Undecided way out west by Ashville? If so, he would have the most distant drive. I'm actually located by Statesville, very near I-40. Not knowing how far away Undecided is, I would guess that Winston-Salem is about the center but Greensboro is not too distant from there either.

What was everyone thinking about, meeting at a resturant, a home, having a picnic or other? Hard to say if the weather will be coorperating on the day we choose so an outdoor meet might be risky. As I'm close to the Interstate, Undecided could meet with me on the way over if he wanted and we could ride together from that point forward (haha that way I can have him bored to tears before he meets you guys). Wasn't there some other ex-dubs in NC as well as per another post some weeks back?

Well, gee wiz.........

I'm in S. Carolina - and NC ain't THAT far away, ya know. Yerusalem is also near me (but we've never hooked up yet). We both live near Columbia (almost center of state).

Charlotte is 2 hrs interstate from us (to give perspective). If it's a Sunday, would love to drive up that way, no matter what city. My husband & I both have to work on Saturdays, however.

If possible, would love to meet y'all. If not - enjoy!
