I like it cooked with cider vinegar on it, experiment with how much you like, I drench it but I would try just 1/2 tablespoon to start.

An omelet with left over broiled salmon and spinach.
Chop fresh spinach and add to your fave white bean soup recipe in the last 5 mins of cooking and drizzle with olive oil.
Layer fresh spinach into your lasagna casserole.
Take a can of spinach, squeeze it in your hand until the top pops off and the greens squirt out. Catch them in your mouth. Delicious and you get a great burst of strength.
