I used to believe that somehow before the Big A the contrast between JW's and the rest of society would be enough to persuade the righteous to join, otherwise I trusted that a "Just" God would not destroy any of "right heart".
I now realise the whole thing, even the concept of some Sky-Daddy judgeing us is a load of crap.
Baptized and ostensibly active as a JW was how many a CO would put it to us. How was it Bro. Kite use to put it 'can you sleep on a stormy night' remember that talk....that would put the fear of not Pioneering in you!
Of course then there is the lovely substitution that many seem to fall into with- You must believe in the Real Jesus or its curtains...one set of fears getting replaced by another, geeez.
