LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- Two hate crime investigations are under way in L.A. County after a couple of churches were hit by vandals.
The first incident took place Saturday night at a church in Rolling Hills Estates. Deputies say someone spray painted racial and religion-based graffiti on the church's walls.
The second case occurred a day before at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses at 19111 Killian Avenue in Rowland Heights. Investigators say wall graffiti included offensive words, phrases and symbols and caused about $500 in damage.
