The style of your funeral. Not to be insensitive, but really, do you think it matters?
Yes it does. I have told my children that I want a viking funeral. With bagpipes. I know, vikings didn't have bagpipes. They also didn't do viking funerals as we know them.
Things that don't matter:
People magazine, US and a few others. I look at them from time to time in the grocery check out line just to make sure I still don't know who most of those people are, let alone care about them. If that changes I will worry about myself.
Pop music.
Entertainment awards.
Where anybody went to school. (school is important, which one isn't. I had to work for a complete idiot with a MBA from Harvard - who liked to remind everybody that he had it.)

Chewing parsely after you eat will remove any "food breath" you may have, that is why any places add it to your meal on the side.
