  A homosexual problem is essentially saying: are you gay? and if yes, then you're a problem.

  I love how it lists homosexual problems in with physical disabilities.

  Does anybody have an up to date Bethel application? I wonder how it has changed.

  On the front page, the question about Marital Status... I've never seen an application that had 'Pursuing a Courtship' as an option~!!

  The question on homosexual problems has been rephrased to: Have you ever had a homosexual relationship? If you answer yes, please explain: The next question is: Have you ever engaged in child sexual molestation? If so, when? (See w97 1/1 pp. 26-9, w97 2/1 p.29)

  I have an application form that is dated 1/04 along with the confidential letter that is only seen and read by the service committee. If anyone wants to see them, please let me know. Also is it better to use a sharing website where everybody can read it rather than emailing them? Any help would be much appreciated.
