yes, its a perfect example of applied math applied wrongly: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bible_code

personally i am more interested in the moby-dick code: http://cs.anu.edu.au/~bdm/dilugim/moby.html

    but its a good story.

Get yourself a good translation, in your native tongue, of the Bible, and read it for what it is, without trying to read between the lines to turn it into something it really isn't.

    Use your own brain.

If the Bible doesn't make sense ............ that is probably because it doesn't make sense .......... not because you need someone who is cleverer than you, or gets guidance from his imaginery friend, to explain it to you.

    What they said.

Also, you can run a "code" on any decent-sized book and come up with all sorts of things. Has anyone run a "Lord of the Rings" code yet? I'd love to see what Tolkien was smoking, er, channeling.

    It's all BS.

And the text of the MT is not identical to that of the putative original of the Pentateuch. No scholar believes that. There are countless scribal and redactional differences even if you compare the MT with the Dead Sea Scrolls which are a thousand years older.

I had read many books with regard to them (Bible Codes) formerly.
And I have also the software of the Bible Codes.

    My conclusion is this.

If you input the word "Jesus Christ" in Hebrew and check the Old Testament, you will certainly find it out in the book of the Psalms.
    That is "Psalm 22."

That may be very mysterious and you may feel something there.

Although I do not believe the author of the books which you read, I wonder that some codes may be in the Bible.

    possible

Using random search techniques a person can take any book of significant length and come up with all sorts of hidden "messages."

It doesn't mean a thing other than to distract you from what the book itself really says.
