Hi all, I popped out to some shopping and came back and all these comments were made! So glad this site is alive!

I am in Haslemere about 25 miles above Portsmouth. I know Horndean congregation, though it has been so long I can only remember a few from that cong and I won't name them here in public.

My cousin is a witness and is on the Isle of White!!

Yeah I got out fairly early and I've tried to make the most of it ever since. Life is not a dress rehersal is it?

You might be interested how this site came about. It was founded by an active Witness, but searching. He was not a witness for much longer after the site was founded. You can imagine how the society views an open discussion board where all are welcome and all can be discussed openly. By it's very nature, this board does not attract active witnesses. Moderation is light (though some may disagree) Simon behaving much like a pub owner. Keep it friendly and we can all stay.

The few pro-Witness boards I've seen don't last long. Heavily moderated, everyone has to keep their smiles pasted on and restrain their thinking within the bounds of approved literature.
