Is this correct? Charles Taze Russel, an alleged free mason was the nephew of William Huntington Russell, the creator of the Skull and Crossbones, the americna version of the illuminati. Kinda makes sense that the apple wouldnt fall from the tree.

What evidence do you have that Russell was a Freemason? (Please don't provide speculation as there is plenty of that already).
What genealogical records are there that point to this relationship?
Thanks
Chris

In order for CTR to be WHR's nephew, William Huntington Russell would have to be a brother of Charles Taze Russell's father, Joseph Lytel Russell, (or the brother of Ann Eliza Birney.)
Children of Thomas and Fannie Russell
James G. Russell, b. 1796, d. 1847
Sarah A. Russell, b. 1799, d. 1846
Fanny (Russell) Harper, d. 1867
Mary Jane Russell, d. 1886
Alexander G. Russell, d. [between 1872 and 1878]
Charles Tays Russell, b. 1806, d. 1875
Joseph Lytle Russell: b. 1813, d. 1897http://pastorrussell.blogspot.com/2009/03/joseph-l-and-ann-eliza-birney-russell.html

Barbara Anderson corresponded with the Free Masons in Pennsylvania and confirmed that neither Charles Taze Russell or his father were listed on their membership rolls.

Interesting to see that George H. Bush's nickname was "Magog"..didn't the witnesses used to talk about that a lot? (Gog and Magog) They seem to have gotten away from disgussing it now. Wonder why?
Anyone know if they still bring it up in studies?
The list is pretty interesting, people you would never dream of being members of "Skull and Bones".

RE: GOD AND MAGOG:
It is important to recognize that the Gog and Magog of Ezekiel 38-39 is quite different from the one in Revelation 20:7-8 . Below are some of the more obvious reasons why these refer to different people and battles.
1. In the battle of Ezekiel 38-39, the armies come primarily from the north and involve only a few nations of the earth ( Ezekiel 38:6 , 15 ; 39:2 ). The battle in Revelation 20:7-9 will involve all nations, so armies will come from all directions, not just from the north.
2. There is no mention of Satan in the context of Ezekiel 38-39. In Revelation 20:7 the context clearly places the battle at the end of the millennium with Satan as the primary character.
3. Ezekiel 39:11-12 states that the dead will be buried for seven months. There would be no need to bury the dead if the battle in Ezekiel 38-39 is the one described in Revelation 20:8-9 , for immediately following Revelation 20:8-9 is the Great White Throne judgment (20:11-15) and then the current or present heaven and earth are destroyed, replaced by a new heaven and earth ( Revelation 21:1 ). There obviously will be a need to bury the dead if the battle takes place in the early part of the tribulation, for the land of Israel will be occupied for another 1,000 years, the length of the millennial kingdom ( Revelation 20:4-6 ).
4. The battle in Ezekiel 38-39 is used by God to bring Israel back to Him ( Ezekiel 39:21-29 ). In Revelation 20, Israel has been faithful to God for 1,000 years (the millennial kingdom). Those in Revelation 20:7-10 who are rebellious are destroyed without any more opportunity for repentance.(Surely they still preach this?)

Yes, the case is closed, so why do you insist on supporrting the WRONG conclusion?
CTR was not buried in a masonic cemetery.
The Mason Hall across the street from the cemetery wasn't built until the 1950's. You may recall that CTR died on Halloween 1916.
Do youself a fovor an READ what Barb Anderson learned from the Pennsylvania Masons. EXAMINE the geneology given above that shows that CTR was not the nephew of William Huntington Russell.
These are the facts, get to know them. Let your worldview be congruent with reality.

Yeah, the nearby "Masonic Way", the pyramid, the cross and crown, the toga, and as you mentioned, he dies at midnight on Halloween...it's all just a fucking coincidence.

just a point that might be worth considering,
there are different sects, if you will, of freemasonry
one in particular sort of disappeared, while the other is the one we are most familiar with...
or so i heard. so it is possible that ol charlie boy was a freemason, just not one of the 'famous' sect of it.
but clearly, if it smells like a mason, looks like a mason, sounds like a mason, and walks like a mason...
its obviously not a mason...
especially if its setting up a money rich 'christian' religion,
and of course if it says it isnt a mason.. then it must be true.
just like pretty much everything else it said.
