I'm not sure I understand the problem correctly.

Are you upset because your sister asked for the flight itinerary or are you upset about something else.

If I'm picking someone up at any airport, I always ask for the itinerary to be emailed to me. If the flight is delayed, there are numbers on the itinerary that are needed to quickly find where she is routed to.

Also, when I (or family members) travel, several people are sent the itinerary. You just never know what can happen and it makes is soo much easier - especially when it's a child or older person who really needs someone to meet them on the other end.

Maybe I missed something in the OP.

I also want to know the itinerary if I'm picking up someone at the airport. At the very least I need the flight number, the airline, the time in, and the pick-up gate.

If you really want to stick it to your sister and brother-in-law, just give the airline and approximate arrival times but don't tell them you are flying her to a different city or airport. That will really piss them off!

It would also be entertaining when your sister finally breaks down and has to call you on your mother's whereabouts, you tell them that you will check the flight details right after you read her the daily text, make a few comments, and pray together.
