Yeah, a two-sentence summary:
If you are feeling stressed and burnt out, it's all your fault because you're doing too much recreation. Get busy in the universal cure-alls which invariably resolve every problem you could possibly be facing: study, field service, meetings.
Oh I forgot the 3rd sentence:
You miserable WORMS!

“When you are tired or under stress, we must never reason that the way to deal with stress is to cut back on spiritual activities. That is the worst thing we could possibly do”.
(Does the Bible agree that this is the worst thing we could possibly do? and if so, where?) Instead of blaming the things in Para 16 from this article for stress, Maybe the Watchtower should be explaining in detail how to display the fruitage of the spirit, and other basic Bible principals that could help control this stress.
