Lately, I'm just down in the dumps.
Have some iced tea if it's hotter weather and some hot tea for the colder. Tea seems to have an uplifting effect for me.

think of the James Taylor song --- "You've Got a Friend," and remember that's from us to you. if you were on the west coast (here for only weekend), i'd invite you to lunch at the Wynn Resort and we could meet and have FUN --- but looks like you're a far way off. maybe we should have a "believers" only meetup (if you can travel) and have fun/relax.
