so true sd-7. It is to be expected that followers of rabid self aggrandizing men (the gb) would then think that they too are so important to the rest of humankind. Even though I was sucked into the vortex at one time I struggle to see how this continues as more and more time has run out and shows so clearly that they are charlatans.

I agree completely, if by worldwide witness you mean people driving around in minivans, mostly in free democracies, trying to sell magazines that don't say anything and when they do they push a concept of Jesus that most people find baffling.
And if by pioneering you mean watering down the standard for one month so that they can say HALF THE CONGREGATION IS PIONEERING THIS MONTH!!
Ugh.

For such a great witness it is amazing that no one I ever talk to has the slightest clue what Witnesses teach. Maybe in May, after such a fine Witness, JWs should do a survey and ask people door to door what they have come to learn about Watchtower beliefs. They would not be quite so self-praising after finding 99.9% of people have no idea what the Watchtower claims is the Good News Of God's Kingdom.

I think such a surge in pioneers is a good indication of how we serve "shoulder to shoulder" as a worldwide brotherhood. Such a cooperative spirit is not possible in Christendom. Very encouraging.
Ya. Those poor bastards who belong to Christendom only help feed the poor, help rebuild after natural disasters, and help cloth and shelter those that can't afford it. What a sham that is when you compare it to Jehovah's Witnesses handing out cheap flyers inviting everyone to a 'meal' that they're not allowed to partake in.

exactly Mary - And one could add that at the end of this great "shoulder to shoulder" campaign the biggest increase reported on their "slips that qualify them to not be ostracized" er slips to report their time spent in this grand shout of praise, the biggest increase will be the not at homes that they had to mark down on those slips.

If this is the greatest witness the world has ever seen, then what went before was hardly a witness at all, the world did not notice this one !
They are so full of "piss and importance" (my dear departed FIL's phrase for somone up their own ass) that they don't realise that they are not even a flea bite on the bum of the World.
They are just a miniscule and very silly cult. (the miniscule is the place where they get their wonderful education)
