I wear these toning shoes:

Super comfortable, I love wearing them.

Go ahead and laugh at my expense but these bad boys have netted me a sub-five minute quarter mile...

BP, Those are just about the same as I wear to work and have others for play.

I love them, too. Everyone I've asked that has them loves them.

I've worn them a year now and my posture and legs are so improved.

I walk taller and appear much more confident. That's good posture.

I've seen Z-Coil, too. I'd be afraid of breaking those.

I have a black pair of lace ups for work.

A pair of white ones for play.

A pair of black Mary Janes (Shape Ups) for dress (Hey, I have foot issues, m'kay?)

And I have a pair of those balance ball sandals for summer (Gets 115 F. here).

Love them all and wouldn't wear anything else.

I also have a pair of Heelys that I seldom wear. They are good for kind of roller skating, sort of.

Fun anyway.

Egg is really good at Heeling.

I have roller skates and professional ice skates and will get inline skates later this year.

Can't live in umm...New Greenland...without wheels of some kind, though most people here have bikes for exercise.

Oh yeah, I'm thinking I need a bike.

If I don't keep it all mixed up, I get bored.
