Jesus did say that this slave (individual or class?) would be feeding his sheep, so who is doing the job?
You're treating the passage as if it were a prophecy.
It's not.
Concerning the "feeding," Jesus said, "Happy is that slave IF his master on arriving finds him doing so."
Jesus went on to list two possible outcomes for the slave and never said what the final outcome would be.
