Hit the envelope button at the top of the screen..
Try to get into a New pm..
You will be refused..
Go to the envelope button again.. Then Retry to get into the pm..Your in!..

Welcome back Hirotaka! Wow - you've been through a lot. You should be extremely proud of your accomplishment with AA!!! Good for you. That takes a lot of courage and strength.
About the PM's - sometimes after I click on the envelope and PM twice it still doesn't work but if I log out and log back in I can then access it.
