Blondie is pretty good at keeping her private life...private. If I provide a little background I don't think I'll be posting anything she hasn't mentioned here.
Being a woman, there are very few ways she would stand out in a Kingdom hall. Other than she has a mind like a steel trap. She has a strong sense of justice. Her gentle demeanor and mellow voice, "speaking the truth in love", demolishes elderisms in seconds. No widows, the marginalized, or downtrodden are ever neglected on her watch.
Later in llife she found a fine gentleman, who converted for her, married, and became an elder. He was a "people's elder", very much liked by the congregation. Once he had a good view of the inner workings of the society, he lost his taste for it, and they left quietly together.
Blondie continues to be active in the community of survivors of sexual abuse; both by the Witnesses and the Catholic church.
