Part of my point is about how difficult a job if (and yes it was union/contract related) it is. if the qualifications are so stiff how were they able to replace them.
Simple, hire them all back NON UNION. You know what one of the biggest things they were striking for was? Working conditions. Because as Rob pointed out in her first response, they have one of THE most stressful jobs out there. Get a grip folks, this isn't barrista work.
