But if I think God has offended me, who's court can I take Him to?
It really doesn't matter which court- he wouldn't show anyway . . . he doesn't really exist. Shhh, don't tell no one.

My attempt, if i remember my wt theology, would be:
Somone dented a bread pan so we are all dented.
Jehovah fixed the dent by killing his only begotton son so one of his other sons could have time to prove he dosent have the right to rule in front of his other sons
Makes perfect sense

SPOT ON Elderelite
You have summed up the WT theology perfectly.
Now the question we all must ask ourselves: "Why did we believe such horseshit?"

Augustine had a lot of looney ideas. Original sin, for instance.
The church embraced Augustine's efforts to create a logical base to illogical christianity.
But, the "logic" of Augustine is superficial.
Aquinas tried harder. The church pinned all its hopes on what Aquinas produced in imitating Aristotle and Neo-Platonic thought.
But, it didn't stave off the corruption.
Man needed saving because God wanted him dead.
When God stopped wanting man dead Salvation appeared feasible.
The question is WHY god changed his mind.
