First hearing May 12 in Madrid (Spain) against the Watchtower for the unlawful use of a photograph in the Watchtower magazine, claims remain in France, Italy, UK, USA, Canada, Mexico, Japan, Australia, Germany and other countries

There will be more information throughout the Spanish media on Sunday, by a chronicle of the Spanish agency EFE

If true, this could be a symptom of what I predict will happen to the Organization:

Simply put, they are "too dumb to live".

As the organization continues its dumbing down of everything - and keeps exfoliating intelligent, capable people (as with the Andersons, Freeminds and countless others), they may lurch from one disaster to the next, as they can no longer function competently especially on an international scale.

Just imagine how difficult it must be to run an international company and deal with all the local customs and laws and regulations you must comply with. Now, add to that, the fact that you are internationally opposed by countless people who are embittered for a lifetime and things could get very difficult (emphasis on the 'cult').

They are, however, not the only ones to use this photo. However, one would have hoped from a Christian organisation, a little more compassion and respect.

Apparentely, attention grabbing images are more important...maybe better for sales.

What I don't understand is why the WTBTS doesn't settle this quietly and quickly, before it goes to court? Is it because the penalty is more than the WTBTS is willing to bear?

Speculation on my part, but it may simply be arrogance - just not wanting to be told by anybody (including the law) what to do.

Same situation, in a way, as when they wrecked their literature contribution food chain simply because they were too stubborn to pay sales tax.
