Bizarre footage has emerged of a group of Scientologist 'squirrel busters' who fitted cameras to their heads to 'stalk' one of its defectors.

Marty Rathbun, once one of its highest ranking members, left the church a few years ago but continued to practise independently.

He was reported to be in on the secrets of the church and 'audited' some of high profile members such as Tom Cruise and he was also used to fend of investigative journalists.

It's true my soon to be exsoninlaw (is that a word?) was raised as a scientologist. He said they have been known to even kill some that have left.

Cool, i mean the rathbun defector, still practicing. Maybe, he'll leak some of the inside dope. Actually, a few yrs ago there was bunch of scientology theory released from another defector(s). Some of it does work.

Scientology: A belief system so fucked up it makes Mormons and JWs look respectable and normal by comparison.

When I hear "still practicing" in relation to former cult members I think of dudes like e-watchman, Perimeno, and that elihu character. What parts of Scientology could someone "still practice" without being a lunatic? Honest question. Is there anything practical in that cult?

Some of the detaching exercises work. Probably, more stuff works too, but i'm not familiar enough w it, to say. Hubbard took a few good things and built a money making empire on them.

Those so called "Squirrel Busters" would fit right in as Gestapo agents in Hitler's Germany. Maybe they've reincarnated and joined the Scientologists.
