It really is a sweeping statement isn't it? I think you can say as a collective of ideas that you don't think it is correct. But no one can say that of any individual because we don't know anothers heart.

Yes, basically. I remember back when I was an IFB and I was out with the pastor doing soul winning (the IFB version of field service), he pointed to a church and said, "They preach false doctrine because they speak in tongues." He preached against other churches a lot and that was common amongst IFB churches.
Yet, their salvation doctrine was the same as most of the churches he preached against. Anyway, this is a topic for another thread so I will end this discussion here.

The funny thing is that maybe they are right about all those other churches. Its just that they need to include their own church. I just clicked on your IFB link and it really struck me, same thing different church. I just keep seeing it over and over.
It's so sad to me that churches are turning people away from God by making their followers disillusioned by their judgemental behaviour and lies.
by the way Garyneal, You just helped to give me an epiphany moment. I can't explain why or how, but you did. So thank you. I am left feeling uplifted and energised.
