A valid position Snoozy; I wanted to save the kid from himself and the next thing I know we're alone in a park with him uncontrollably sobbing with an obviously broken arm. I'm pretty sure that was the last time I took such matters into my own hards. That said, I did not know that he has never fallen before either; he fell like a stone. You just kind of assume that he knows how to protect his limps in such events, but who knew?

Yeah I know, I did a lot of stupid things as a kid too..we just don't really have the right judgement at that age..we know better but can't fathom what to do next most of the time..

I despise helicopter moms like her. There is no evidence that their children are any less succeptible to illness, injury or death, but they do suffer more misery.
