Welcome - welcome. My word for you - it only gets better as time rolls on. The day will come when you will look back with laughs and joy you left.

exjwza; believe it that your brothers did that bcause my sisters actually did a lot worse. I am their only brother and much younger as they abandoned mum and dad and placed them in a home I was disgusted by it so I decided to look after them but they didn't like that cause it meant they had to come and spend some time with her and less time in the field service.I did it for over thee years together with my wife and kids but they took me to court and revoked my power of attorney and placed both my parents in a home so this broke mums heart and she passed away after a short time. At the funeral in the kingdom hall no flowers for mum just my wife and kids placed flowers and wordl people that attended were so disgusted they almost pewked..so I am not suprised at all your family own family did what they did, everything is possible under the influence of the borgs mind control tec.

Aaaah HELLO and welcome!!! And yes, don't you let go of that girl(as sizemik said)!!! Having a supportive partner makes a HUGE difference, and during those times when you're down and depressed and questioning yourself, they can hold you up and give you a good scrubbing down!!! I hope you solve your problems, and remember, we are all here for you!!

    Cheering you on dude!

Appears that you have a GREAT new family of your own... Keep the JW's away from her.

Neither my wife nor I were JW when we got married (also Methodist) and the "never do anything in secrecy organization" started a secret bible study with my wife while I was at work. The study went on over 8 months before I happend to be going past the house to a service call one day and noticed the strange car at the house. Of course they hadn't mentioned anything about the husband being the head and spiritual leader of a household.

My now ex-wife (31+years) was and still is a wonderful person but her becoming a JW was a big contributor to the destruction of a wonderful relationship. Satan can never win if he can't destroy love. In my case he hasn't won because even though she's remarried now to a man she "brought into the flock" I still love her dearly. If she could have convinced me to "join the flock" we would still be married.
