I wanted to thank all those that defended me when that thread got out of control.

No need to thank, ever :)

1 If I speak in the tongues [a] of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. 2 If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. 3 If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, [b] but do not have love, I gain nothing.

4 Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5 It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 6 Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 7 It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

8 Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away. 9 For we know in part and we prophesy in part, 10 but when completeness comes, what is in part disappears. 11 When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I put the ways of childhood behind me. 12 For now we see only a reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known.

13 And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.

Acts 4:20 "As for us, there's no question—we can't keep quiet about what we've seen and heard." The Message Bible

I've seen Christian love in action, and I've heard the Good News of the Savior.

I remember that thread. I think we can weather just about anything (if not everything) as long as we have love and support. Thanks for remembering us, Watersprout.

    Lots of love, and peace,

Yeah I remember it well....got me knickers in a right twist lol. I've always hated bullies, not them personally just what they do and say.

Some of the abuse you were getting on that thread was cruel and unjustified. We are all in a learning process here, trying to find the real truth after leaving the JW's. It is right to question other people's ideas and thinking as posted on this site, but personal attacks are pointless and destructive. I would be very scared if I heard voices, but that's just me.

I'm glad you brought that thread up. I personally thought that was a good one. Obviously you didn't like the results. I hope you can understand this, but I have thought it strange that only a couple people in the whole world were spoken to by Jeheshua Mischajah, and then when you made this post on a more recent thread about memorial time it was very telling to me. The first quote are Shelby's words:

The second is done by heeding our Lord's words about leaving one's gift at the altar while going to make peace with one's brother.

By making peace how?? By doing what?? I think i'm doing it right then i get it all wrong! *sigh*

Those words indicate to me that you are somehow following Shelby, which makes sense since you are the only ones using that name for your "lord".

SO i'm not following Shelby i can assure you. I follow no one... I asked her a simple question, nothing wrong in that. Ones that belong to the body of Christ do ask each other questions, support, reassurance. I have had ones that belong to Christ come to me. It doesn't mean they follow me or that I follow anyone. If anyone tried to follow me i would be very cross. We only follow Christ. The reason i asked that question was because i have a very fiery nature and i do find it hard to control... Shelby has the gift of teaching, so i asked her. Just like if you ask a teacher a question at school. Doesn't mean to say you follow the teacher does it?

I just wanted to thanks those that stuck up for me, i really don't want to get into another discussion about me ''hearing''...That's not what this thread is about.

    TNL, Tammy and TH68

    Peace
