Jesus was well loved and respected, outside of those that his message effected in an adverse way ( typically the ruling body the sanhedrin).

Though some of his own followers left because his teachings were to outside the norm for them, BUT they didn't have issues with Jesus.

You on the other hand, it seems to be the opposite, no offense.

It's not the Gospel you are preaching, it is HOW you are preaching it, there is no love or compassion in your words and without love, there is very little of the Gospel that you can preach with the HS guiding you. Sorry.

We all, (you included, in your... sly little way) argue about the sovereignty of God, and the basis by which God judges and accepts us. Just don't forget about the 4 fingers pointing back at you when you scold the other Christians on this board. I'm sure they feel as led by God as you do.

generic god/generic jesus is a cop out. Muslims claim to believe in God and Christ, yet they have a false god/christ. We must not blur the distinction between the true God/gospel and false gods/gospels (Gal. 1:6-10; Jude 3; 2 Cor. 11:4). Jehovah and Jesus of the WT simply does not exist, an idol made by Charles Taze Russell (doctrines of demons, not biblical truth).

We can agree on this, but still disagree as to who the real God/Christ is. If you are a Mormon or Muslim, you would still be wrong (just in a different way). If Ray Franz rejected many WT distinctives, he would still be fatally wrong if he retained WT ideas on God, Spirit, Jesus, Michael, etc. (more important than secondary issues like blood, holidays, GB, etc.).

you do realize that the church of Jesus Christ has the office of evangelist don't you? which means in the bigger scheme of things if you don't support evangelism because you don't like "it" or you think "it" is ineffectual how can you affirm that you are not supporting the church that Jesus founded or the message that He has entrusted to those who would do "it"?

I am at the point where I seriously doubt that Jesus would call himself a Christian. Jesus had genuine love --- from his heart --- for everyone.

Do you seriously think Jesus would judge another human like what I am seeing here.
