  In fact major industry is here about 0,046 and consumer about 0,066 USD/kWh. Our electricity is second cheapest in Europe. Industrial is slightly cheaper in Sweden and consumer in Greece. But that is still far away from quoted JW estimate of 0,034. Furthermore I am inclined to consider that only few largest units will get true industrial treatment in that respect.

  Anyhow it is very difficult to estimate these things worldwide and exactly.
