  MRS. JONES- One couple I do a residential job for once a month at their house had a JW convention tract under their mat when I got there to do the job. My customers were out of town , so I took the tract to show Mrs. Flipper at home, then we threw it away. So bizarre. The image of the statue from Daniel is just creepy with the different nations written next to it, including Great Britain & United States. I mean - How the hell do THEY know what that crap means ? They don't. WT society is just another Harold Camping predicting the alleged " end of the world ". So twisted

  I think you were a little afraid of talking to a JW- they just like to talk and you can calmly give your side, too-- it has nothing to do with "fighting"- it's about helping a human being get of bondage. You do know a little bit about that topic, don't you?

  Nope, I have no interest in engaging a jw (been there, done that). I don't have to and I won't.

  Your attitude towards the misguided JW was selfish on your part- you couldn't be bothered to lift a teensy finger to help him. A person spends hours and hours on an ex-JW forum and then when a real live JW shows up on her doorstep she tells them to take a hike- Next time get his phone number and let me talk to him.

  Moshe, you have every right to handle a jw at your door that way you see fit. What you don't have is the right to make me do what I don't to nor have the desire to do. That kind of guilt don't work with me. I have every right to conduct myself the way I see fit in my own house. You're not my husband, you're not my father, you're just a person who happens to have a penis that I'vd never seen before. Damn I can see that you're not as far away from the hall as you would like to think.

  I got one. Sounds like they are playing the signs of the end card really hard. Isn't the illustration of the statue the same as in the early '60s "Your Will Be Done On Earth"? The New Light in that book identifying the Kings of North and South has since been dropped, has it not?
