Please give the year when asking for publications.
dgp has never been a JW so he's not as familiar with the publications as we would be. How is he supposed to know the year of publication?
THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU very much to all. I now have all three publications as PDFs in my hard disk, and, like I said, I will put them to good use. "Good use" here doesn't mean believing what they say.
The fact that the PDF for "School and Jehovah's witnesses" has spots and the like is actually much better for my purposes. This proves the item was actually scanned from an original.
Broken Promises (a friend) is right. There is a lot I don't know, so please be indulgent with me.
YKnot, that link was priceless. I will make sure you know why.
Thank you!
BTW, the "School and Jehovah's Witnesses" brochure was published twice (that I know of) - once in the late 70s (78 maybe?) and also in the early 90s. But I might be wrong as it's been a long time shince I saw either of those brochures.
I threw out a huge pile of literature a few years ago as I was moving around alot. Times like this make me wish I hadn't.
Here are smaller versions of these.
The School brochure is a different scan (than the one Atlantis provided) look at the copyright page for Pennsilvania/Pensylvania 2.65 mb

The Nations Shall Know 42 mb

Divine Purpose 8 MB

The other brochure is not the School brochure it is called JW and education and is from 1992 but I have no scan of that version
I think Randy no longer has the list posted on Freeminds or in the Freeminds store.
I do have a copy of the list but it hasn't been updated in a while. The list is 15 pages long and there is nothing on the list after 1998 so it would have to be updated.
I'll ask Randy if we can get it posted again and perhaps someone can add missing data.
Thanks again to all.
How is he supposed to know the year of publication?
The same way a person finds out about the publication. It is usually included in the quotes.
There is a lot I don't know, so I just didn't think the year of publication was important. Sorry.
Without a date it can be time consuming, especially if I haven't got the document.
With 130 years of BS on my hard drive, it can take a long time to ascertain, for certain, that I don't have it.
Sorry.
